We all have goals and ambitions, whatever our shape or fitness level. I am the link you need to make those goals reality. With one to one training you will get a complete service, including exercise, nutrition, weekly planning and all the support you need to make positive lifestyle changes.
You chose where you train. I can bring portable equipment to your house, or we can explore the great outdoors together making Cornwall your gym. I combine cardiovascular training, running, cycling, Nordic walking and other heart pumping activities. With functional muscle work, to build on your mobility and strength. Flexibility is fundamental to mobility and I emphasis it at each session.
Whether your goal is to walk up a hill without needing to stop, or to run your first marathon, there is a fitness solution for you.
